Shipping

All systems ship via FedEx or UPS Ground, fully insured, at no additional charge. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days after your build is complete. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as it ships. Local pickup is always free and available — just reach out to coordinate.

Returns & Refunds

If your PC arrives damaged in transit, contact me immediately with photos and I will work with you to resolve it. Custom builds are non-refundable once parts have been ordered, as the deposit is applied directly to your parts costs. If you have any concerns, please reach out — I will always do my best to make things right.

Warranty

All builds come with a 10-day workmanship warranty covering any defects related to the assembly itself. Please note that component manufacturer warranties are not included or passed through — parts are sourced new, but individual manufacturer coverage varies and is not guaranteed. I'm always reachable for setup help and general questions even after the warranty period.

Custom Build Deposits

A deposit of 25%–50% of your estimated total is required before I begin sourcing parts. The exact amount depends on the overall build cost and will be confirmed in your quote. Deposits are non-refundable — they are applied directly toward the cost of your parts. The deposit is part of, not in addition to, your final price.

Labor

Custom builds carry a flat $50 labor fee. This covers the time spent sourcing, assembling, cable managing, and testing your system. It's intentionally kept low because I believe your money should go toward your parts.

Privacy

Your information is never sold or shared with third parties. All payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — no card data is ever stored on this site.
